Student-led development group building real-world games and educational applications for people to use worldwide.
The Game & App Makers Club is a student-led development group at Piedmont Hills High School. Our team consists of 25–30 active members, including both experienced programmers and beginners who are trained through structured, project-based learning. Members collaborate in specialized roles such as programming and testing to design and publish complete applications.
Additionally, the club participates in competitions and game jams and aims to create projects that are accessible, impactful, and publicly available. We aim to enable students with no prior experience to have the knowledge to build and develop games and apps. Technologies and tools used include Scratch, TurboWarp, Python, and more.
